Hangi & Aussie: W36- 5th Midwife check

如果不是老公拿著假單給我比對我的行事曆.我已經忘記4日這天是w36產檢. 產檢時間是下午1:15 ,12:30我的屁股還黏在椅子上眼睛緊盯著電腦螢幕...還好醫院與家裡的車程不遠. 但因老公要在1點前將車子送進車廠保養...一陣兵荒馬亂.最後我們在Belconnon 轉搭公車到醫院...到生育中心的櫃檯報到時間1:21...還好沒有遲到太久...只坐了不到2分鐘就被midwife 叫進去了---這大概是我來產檢最快被叫進去的一次

看到了熟悉的midwife.心裡著實多了. 只要不要再碰到上次那位就阿彌佛陀! 一樣的做了例行的檢查. 上次33週我宮高只有31cm當時並沒有問為何比實際週數小.來到了36週.宮高36cm證明小芒果有乖乖長大--尤其結束打工後. 至於我的血壓跟往常一樣.沒有太大起伏.midwife總是說: 低總比高好!

我的血壓記錄:
w20- 106/62
w23- 90/60
w26- 105/70
w30- 100/60
w33- 96/62
w36- 90/70

接著就是我最不喜歡的'按壓式觸診'--儘管在溫柔的midwife還是一樣.因為要用手判斷胎兒位置. 按壓的力氣沒小過(羨慕台灣直接用超音波照) 就這樣按呀按(我心裡都叫'按'了) midwife說胎兒已經轉向但還沒engage --胎位還未下來.接著用聽胎心音器找到心跳---小芒果心跳145正常. 她又說希望baby不要再轉回去(我也希望阿...)

在36週,進行到最後一次例行產檢項目: Group B Streptococcus(乙型鏈球菌篩檢); 以下是生育中心給的資料:
All women who attend the Ante Natal Clinic at Calvary Health Care are offered screening for Group B Streptococcus (GBS) at 36weeks of pregnancy. Group B Streptococcus (GBS) is a common and natual bacteria found in the baby. A small number of pregnant women can have these bacteria in their vagina or rectum (12%to 15%) at any time during their pregnancy. Most of women are not aware they are carrying the bacteria and show no symptoms. Group B strep is usually harmless in adults and it is not a sexually transmitted disease. After the membranes are ruptured some babies can be infected during the birth process if the mother carries GBS in her vagina or rectum and this can be a major cause of infection for babies affecting 1-4 babies per 1000 births. The test sample and the result comes back to Antenatal Clinic(ANC) within 2-3 days. If the result are positive you will need to have antibiotics when your membranes rupture/or when your labour begins. While your membranes are intact the baby is not at risk. Your baby will be closely monitored for the first 24 hours after birth if you are GBS positive. If the result comes back positive for Group B Strep, you will be informed at your next ANC visit. Intravenous antibiotics will be given during labour and with any future labours to help reduce the wisk of infection to the baby.

38週的產檢就可以知道結果...我只是擔心自懷孕以來分泌物一直沒少過. 腸功能部份到還好讓我到目前為止還沒便秘過(從住院期間到現在po po都是流狀的.不知是好是壞??

)...也讓我小擔心是否有bacteria在作怪?? 也因為在家待產.換護墊也勤快些(那先前的???? 唉....) 祈禱一切ok! 也謝謝老公幫我完成這項檢查. 因為大肚子我實在看不到以下的部分. 更別提要彎腰再把類似棉花棒的東東塞到陰道口取樣. 我也開始體會Fifi先前講的'看不到腳趾頭'的感覺了!! 依樣畫葫蘆一張從書本上看到的圖案...就是這種感覺~~洗澡要洗腳也越加困難--那剪腳趾甲咧?? 好像在練瑜珈與柔軟度..得花10分鐘以上才能完成!
